After listening to his post match comments i wanted to give the bloke some credit. He came across as a very gracious man in defeat and is a credit to your club. We need more of his character in head coach positions rather than the whinging bafoons like McClennan at Leeds.

Top bloke and top coach is Justin Morgan

Was a bit worried earlier this year as I thought Justin had taken us as far as he could and we would need some more experienced coaching staff to help us move forwards. With Chris Chester and Andrew Webster both in their first coaching roles too we have a very young team behind the scenes and this worried me.

What I think Justin has done is given his team his trust and allows them to have a say in many of the things we do. With a half back pairing that has played together before along with another power house forward he certainly has things to work with. The youth at the club also seems to have a big future and he is not affraid to give them their shot if they do the little things right in training.

Chester to continue as Reserve coach? Would have prefered Stan to have been given a go now he's serious about coaching.

Stan, like agent Webster, loaned out to gain experience at teams where the expectation level is lower, then if succesful, re-intergrate at Rovers

They need to loan Chester out then and forget where to!
