Yeah if a player is injured as a result of foul play which incurs a sinbin, dismissal or on report then it counts as a free interchange but it has to be made immediately

Well yeah it would as a blood bin is basically just an instruction to leave the pitch to get treated, its up to the club to sub him or not (knowing it counts towards the 12), but if its as a result of an on report, yellow or red card incident then its a free interchange

I often think this is the only reason we still have on report these days..
