Greene may turn out good but at the moment he is largely unproven. LT is not the back he was and Sanchez was awful last season. Throw in that I'm quite fond of the Ravens having read Next Man Up and I'm rooting for the Ravens.
In all honesty what dyou expect them (or any other team in the same situation) to be saying?? "we'll try and be good but you know we aren't that good really"??
And Sanchez was far from "awful" last season...it wasn't the best rookie season ever but he got the job done a lot of the time, 9-7 regular season record then 2 post-season wins is fine by me!

Yeah every team has confidence but to be so brash is what amazes me. They aren't even divisional champions. I'll still take the Pats to win that division.
Also, let's be honest. The Jets went that far despite Sanchez been there. Not because.

To be honest I don't like them being so bold, we've been there before in shouting the odds and then turning out and being gash...however, we've got some seriously good players on the roster and the best D in the NFL is only going to get better IMO. Whether Sanchez and the Offense can gel or not is another matter but he has more weapons this season.
As an aside, how awesome does New Meadowlands look??

Think they said it's the 2nd biggest in the NFL in the pre-game show.
Well done Cromartie - certainly makes up for his 2 big errors just before that interception. I think Flacco is still recovering from that monster hit on the first play of the game!! Could feel it over here!
