But beating a team whose club you say is tin-pot from top to bottom and predicted wouldn't even make the play-offs is one thing. Genuinely contending for the trophy is another. Like I said, come back next week when you've beaten Wigan or Warrington away and you're in the last 4, and we'll assess your GF eliminator prospects and consequently how genuine your chance is on getting your hands on the trophy as Vella has already categorically said you will.

Is that all you've got? You said we wouldn't make the play-offs. We did and you beat us, but Crusaders were within 8 minutes of beating Huddersfield yesterday. Had they won, by your reckoning they would be contenders for the title today as well. Let's see on Saturday who you're playing in the last 4 and what you assess your chances to be against them.

Was a turning point but for the wrong reasons, we would have scored a few more points if hall had stayed on the pitch...

Perhaps he thought 'I can't be arsed, these are my new mates I'm playing against'

We're going out next weekend, we've won at Wigan and Warrington about once each over the last twenty five years.
I couldn't care less, last night was a season maker.
Bring on Cardiff.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

It would be stunning to progress any further but even if we don't I consider this season to be a success, especially given the pastings we were taking around mid season. Steady progress since promotion.
