HKR AWAY DAYS consider who will be admitted into Super League and who will be playing their rugby in the Championship in 2012. See what he says about your club at: http://www.HKRAWAYDAYS.co.uk

Shame it's wrong about the club organising buses from South Wales, the fans do that themselves (not that I am one of them I might add as I drive up)

So the high point of the piece on Crusaders is wrong and yet despite a new stadium, competative team etc. the writer is still unable to offer an opinion on what licence he feels Crusaders will get. Tbh I prefer the piece on the match day experience written elsewhere on that site.

Quote 'They originally rejected Widnes’ application to remain in Super League to bring in the Celtic Crusaders'

Thats incorrect. Widnes were relegated from SL in 2005 and Catalan Dragons came into the competition in addition to the NL1 winners. You are right that the current Crusaders RL bares little resemblance to the Celtic Crusaders I knew in Bridgend.

Yeah, poorly worded, I suppose. I'll edit it. The bus issue is something one of your fans told me.

The official reason for Widnes's non inclusion was that the new owners hadn't been in charge for long enough to produce a full year's accounts. Hmmmm.

Freedom for supporters of the government, only for members of one party - however numerous they may be - is no freedom at all. freedom is always and exclusively for one who thinks differently.

Or that they'd gone bust literally a few months before the applications had to be submitted?

If it hasn't worked by now, it never will! I'm all for reaching out to a wider audience with our game but not at the expense of historical clubs in the homelands.
