Yeah. As ive said, Mason is a cracking signing and could be the type of player to take Rovers on another level. There's a risk when you invest more than 10% of your salary cap on one player but i'd say Mason is well worth the risk.

Rovers have not paid over the odds salary cap wise, its the extras i reckon that have also swayed him and of course that we are such a fabulous club with the best supporters lol......

With bonuses etc he will be on 10% of your salary cap. As i've said, its money well spent.

As you say, the famous Hull Kingsford Rovers is a big draw from across the world.

He also said announcing signings before the end of the season is selling the fans short. What do you think he's going to say when the national press said he's after £180k? "Yes, they're bob on. A lot less than Matt Orford at least"?

Oh dear.

You'd have to imagine announcing signings in May, June and the like because you are poop is selling the fans short. However annoucing one of the biggest names in the game 45 minutes before you kick off your last regular season game having already confirmed you place in the play offs is of a slightly different nature
