Rovers have had a couple of very clear principles on this subject the last couple of years: 1) Announcing signings before the end of the season is selling the fans short. The season should be about the here and now. Direct comments from your chairman's matchday programme notes, in the context of Hull FC announcing signings early. 2) Signings will not be announced until all the paperwork is complete, to avoid a Crocker/Eastwood/Bird etc scenario.
Yet now you've finished 3 places below where you did last season, there's no movement on the East Stand, let alone the North, and the season pass discount period is about to end, all these principles are merrily abandoned, with the unbelievable excuse that the club wants to get the fans excited. If you can't see this extreme hypocrisy for what it is, you're not quite playing with a full deck.
Oh dear Mrs B, you seem to be losing that cutting edge.... Would you like a wager that the Mason shirts won't need returning like the Croker shirts?

Just make sure you spell it right the first time.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

My hopes are still on hold for now untill his full clearance comes through, the player and his agent must be confident of this.
Years ago we could have only dreamed about signing a player like Mason, now through people like Hudgell and Crossland and all others who have made this happen, we owe a huge thankyou.
I don't see it as a job. It is a passion and love that we all share. Neil Hudgell

Why would I be bitter? For all Rovers' unbelievable hypocrisy over the announcement of this signing, I've already said it's a very good one. On our side, although we were obviously sold short last year by such announcements, we've finished above you in the table, when some on here said Rovers were light years ahead of us, so not too shabby really.

Yep, the good old aussie press who have said his lucrative deal is for 3 years
