Yes, that's the point. Bertie says he's on the same salary for the next 2 years as he's on now. So when you add in the fact that he's also eligible for testimonial that's all incremental money so in real terms he's getting a lot more money. According to Bertie, anyway.

I'm starting to get a little baffled. Anyways had my ringtons tea delivered with my favourite shortcake biscuits so the less confused the better as i'm now heading into indulgement(sp) mode.
