As you can see there is ample room for interpretation, but jokes about mental handicap are going to eat into a person's stash of kudos. My (attempted) use of humour does not necessarily mean I'm joking.

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

I apologise, it was a attempted joke from pmh's numerous post claiming to be pugwash pal.
I am, as ever, confused on the unwritten rule as this gem has slipped through the net.

There's no secret or ambiguity about this, I've explained it before on a "Sin Bin" thread of how you got your user name.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
