I just think they just had a small number of cameras being used. As an example of the quality of the picture, who else noticed the butterfly land on the player & tackler IIRC in the 53rd minute ? It was on the far side of the pitch.


I didn't see Colin Welland at the match though. I thought that was a part of the CC final like singing abide with me ?

The Sky+ version I recorded using the planner (BBC HD channel) ended after the Cup was passed along to Ryan Atkins so at least the presentation to Morley survived intact.

Anyone who records live sporting events without manually adding some extra overlap time on the end deserves all they get!! I always add at least 30 minutes on to any live sport recording.
