Any thoughts ideas for next seasons kit? Sponsor/manufacturer?

Personally would like something really plain and retro. With a flashy away shirt in blue and white.

For me I would like:

Home Kit - A white shirt, with either red band, or red curve across the middle. A thin red line collar, and red sleeve trims. And a red rim around the bottom of the kit.

Away Kit - Would like a green shirt with two navy blue rims (~1inch thick) going round the sleeve where the SL logo is. The shirt itself though would be all green like canberra's and would have a blue rim around the bottom.

Home shirt - white with traditional large red band, red sleeves, red collar (button one would be cool for a change).

Away - Sky blue with a red band across (like the Savoy Tyres away shirt) would be ace.

adidas would be the dream manufacturer, but heard we've signed with Kooga for another two years.

I think I say this every year; the home strip should be the traditional red and white and they can save the designer stuff for the away strip.

I agree. Although whatever they do I doubt the home kit will be worse than this season's.

The logical place to put the sponsor is in the band - but if Sportingbet renew, the 'bet' bit is red across their branding and the rest is the dark blue that'd be used in the red & blue 2007 / mid 80s variant. You could split the red band in two have a white band within it for the sponsor. Or use a pale blue band on a red shirt.

Just where do you get it from?

What would people make of R&W quarters - just an idea. Bit too Union, maybe?
