Impo? He's impotent? Hmm...Probably a good thing.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Just to add to the reply mate, I personally don't want to see him at the club because it sounds in the media like he's already trying to call all the shot, protect his own interests etc, and IMO we don't need someone with his explosive reputation and ego at the club. Along with the wages and 'extras', how bad would training ground bust-ups, dummy spits etc be for morale, + there's the inevitable suspensions, possible off-field problems etc. Praying that we stay clear of him because IMO at 30 years old he's just not worth the hassle.

Bang on Roofington.
Just out of interest, do you have to do a night shift at The Samaritans? Which is a great charity, wish I'd got your commitment.

To me though, the biggest potential flashpoint is not the money or the extras or the training ground bust-ups. What if his ego is so big he insists on running out last on matchday?

Hey if we do sign him I hope I'm wrong mate - I hope he works for us with the same attitude and committment as many of his fellow countrymen have at Rovers the last few years, but to me it just seems quite a risk.
Yeah, but usually only every 6 weeks. You do a regular shift (e.g. a 7pm-10pm shift every alternate Monday say), then a 10pm-2am or 2am-7am every 6 weeks. They also ask that you do a Sunday shift (usually morning or afternoon) every 3 months, but this is flexible i.e. you can pick a Sunday & time that suits. Been there nearly 2 years now, it's challenging at times but is definitely the most rewarding work have ever done.

Think you're confusing ego with superstition Mrs B....
