Warrington
Castleford (will their new ground be totally owned by the club?)
Wakefield (same as Cas)

Not owned by club:
Wigan
Huddersfield
Hull FC
Harlequins
Crusaders

Not sure
Catalans
Hull KR
Salford

Will the likes of Cas, Wakey, Salford & Saints fully own their new stadiums?

Didn't Wakey sell their stadium and now they're leasing it back, or have I made that up?

Don't think Odslum is owned by the Bulls either.

If it is then a lot of local council tax payers will be very unhappy bunnies not just RL folk.

Not sure about Saints but Salford, deffinatley not as its a joint venture between the council and Peel. Highly doubtful Wakey or Cas could afford it outright, likely to be a mix between council, private company and themselves. Do Warrington fully own the ground? As many new stadiums are joint ventures between council, private company and the club themselves.

I don't think Wire own their ground - pretty sure I read somewhere Saints would be the only SL club that owns a new-build stadium outright, but I might be wrong (I often am!).

Well Wigan have a 50 year contractual lease, if this came into force Wigan Athletic would be thrown out of the PL. Wigan RL wouldnt be going anywhere

Its a pointless arguement anyway, all these accusations that its the RL that damages the pitch is pathetic. When Everton made a complaint about the pitch, we hadnt even been on it for months. Nobody thought to take into account the location combined with so called poor draining and topped off with the worst winter in years. We even aviod playing at home during may so there is time to sort out the pitch.

Not always the most reliable of sources I know its difficult to find info anywhere else

Apparently owned by Wakefield Trinity Wildcats

Owner - Bradford Bulls

I'd agree often they are joint ventures, however often the councils will simply "give" the club their share of the ground or not demand a share in the first place. For instance, and I could be wrong in this, but I was under the impression that for Cas & Wakeys new stadiums the council would provide £2m each without demanding a share of ownership of the ground. Although I can't see the private companies involved doing similar!

Still not sure about Hull KR, can't really find any definitive info about New Craven Park, although to be honest Im not trying that hard!
