As for the minimum wage argument at the u 18's level , you try to find a business that can apply minimum wage laws to only part of it's staff ?

I know I certainly cant , if you apply minimum wage law it has to be to ALL your staff , and yet this doesn't apply to RL clubs

pathetic is the only word to describe you

I'm sorry: are you suggesting that Leigh breaches employment legislation in terms of its first team and under 20s squad? Really??

TB I respect your right to post complete shiite. You do it well with great grammar, you remind me so much of someone not tasked with generating income/profits but flourish in some ivory tower whilst pontificating over people at the coal face in the real world.
I hope you are not some poor soul about to be decimated as the government strips the spongers out of our cost base.

I genuinely have no idea what you're talking about.

Unless you're suggesting that 'at the coal face in the real world' wherever that is, ignoring the law is both standard and acceptable?

You have just suggested in previous post that it is the Championship clubs that have stopped promotion to and relegation out of Championship 1 , that is a total lie and you know it , how idiotic do you want to make yourself

The only body that has the power to refuse that is the RFL

If you dont know why or prefer to pretend you dont know why , ring them and ask

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

Do Castleford pay minimum wage to all it's academy players for the set number of hours they train play and travel to matches ?

Answer , NO

So are castleford breaching employment legislation in terms of it's academy squad ?

Which is something that happens at the majority of RL clubs

Your knowledge of the details of Castleford RLFC's finances and the wage packets of its employees is impressive. Are you a Wakefield fan?

I do know that there has never, in 115 years, been any such promotion and relegation. It's hardly a new thing invented by the current people in charge at Red Hall.

I also know that there hasn't been any campaign - or as far as I'm aware a single post on these boards in the 10 years the site's existed - demanding that such automatic promotion and relegation be introduced
, least of all by the posters constantly demanding that P&R is the lifeblood of sport, without which it is meaningless (but only if it means their club being promoted to SL, not if it means their club being relegated to the Conference).

So you are suggesting that us , the fans of Championship clubs should protest on the behalf of who exactly ?

To bring in something that has never existed and that nobody has ever asked to exist ?

I will take up the mantle on behalf of those clubs right now

Any club or fan of any amatuer club wanting to get promotion and relegation to and from the amatuer ranks into the Championship regardless of what happens between the Championship and SL , please post on here then I can offer my help in achieving said goal

I'm sure the poster known as tb will also pledge to help you

So you havent a clue have you

But you do know that Wheldon road did not comply with the stated criteria for admission to SL , and the RFL kindly changed it to allow you to return , something they refused other clubs

I am suggesting you remind me so much of a non wealth creator who has flourished under the previous governments love affair with red tape, eg HSE, claims lawyers, auditors, local govt sponger etc
The real world is where people create wealth and jobs through ideas, passion and hard work. Who have thrown all they have into a venture and consequently stand or fall on their results. Try it one day, have an idea support it with passion, instead of picking others apart.
