Tony Pulis just said then on SSN that he met with Roberto Martinez. The reporter asked him if it was concerning Rodallega. Pulis denied this but laughed off speculation that it was about another player, after we've been heavily linked with Tuncay. I think this might develop over the coming days.

Get what you mean. Fergie signed RVN, Ronaldo, Vidic, Evra, Ole, Cantona, Big Pete etc. It was Kenyon and/or Martin Edwards that signed Djemba Djemba, Kleberson, Taibi etc.

Milner in paper saying he's signed for Man City to win (shouldn't that be buy?) the Premiership. Respect Milner as a player, but I don't see how any Man City player could get any joy or satisfaction if they do end up buying one or more trophies this season, absolutely no achievement whatsoever IMO.

It's the way they've done it though - real clubs like Man U, Liverpool and Arsenal have spent money over the years sure, but also developed their own as well. Man City are simply just trying to buy success, so just my opinion but if they buy the Premiership or whatever it will mean absolutely FA.

They aren't even going to win the Premiership this season anyway.

All teams buy success, they're just doing it quicker.
I'm not Jesus Christ, I've come to accept that now.
