Dobbo after a slow start has been awesome this year ,fantastic signing by Morgs.
Him and Scotty have hit it off , well deserved for Dobbo & Rhys.

All the team deserve awards in my opinion we have been hampered with injuries but soldiered on without complaining or using them as an excuse , the lads have rallied round take Ben Cockayne that lad has said he will play anywhere on the park a true proffessional and gives his all week in week out , the team, the coach , the board everyone have made us fans really proud , and some people forget to mention the scouting side of the club which believe me is outstanding and deserves recognition itself, well done Dobbo, well done Rhys well done Rovers !!!!!!.

Dobson?
Vella?
Hodgson?

We have fingers in pies all over the place Morgs is clued up and has excellent contacts bith here and in Australia, unlike Uncle Kaff & spin master Rule who nip off to Australia to observe a player whilst spending the time visiting her daughter and having a jolly at the clubs and THE FANS expense, conveniently forgetting to take the head coach with them , then returning announcing Michael Dobson is rubbish we watched him for twenty minutes we don't want him, but hey a brought you back a boomerang for the kids .............and a Fosters fridge magnet

So these contacts in 'bith here and in Australia' are paid as Scouts of the club are they?

And the excellent scouting network discovered Dobosn themselves did they?

None of them had actually spotted him playing SUPER LEAGUE for Catalan or Wigan?

Find me one player that this scouting network as DISCOVERED and SIGNED and is now playing FIRST TEAM Rugby at CP.

There are plenty of people currently working their nuts off at HKR that deserve credit but feck me, the Scouting network? All of the signings HKR have made in the last 5 years are household names before they sign. Even Josh Hodgson was known to anyone who had bothered to watch any standard of RL in Hull for 6 months.

Yup! Household name Josh Hodgson was.

He was for most of the houses of RL supporters in Hull. Or should I say those who have not started watching since 2006/2007

I think what Digger meant was that Hodgson wasn't exactly a talent unearthed as if by magic by Rovers superlative undercover scouting network. You know, what with him having played a few Super League games and being awarded Young Player of the Year at Super League club Hull FC.

I didn't think when I types it that I would need to explain myself to every single signing, but thanks anyway Mrs B.

To save them the hassle (and me) someone put a squad list up and I will post it back with every club they came from and the fact they were obviously scouted by that club first and signed.

Until someone who plays first team was signed from an amateur or very low end pro club like York then I do not see how the work of the scouting team can be praised.

You cant even claim for Mariano and Beuy, they were signed way before the current lot.

I accept the scouts are probably signing amateur kids now and well done to em for finding them but why would you want to give them a mention when none of their signings are are even in the first team plans are they?
