So how much are you betting on FC to win this one?
have they, I could have sworn they moved it because sky are televising it and told them to move it, still never let the facts get in the way of a good story

I'd offer you the same bet I offered FCimp, and which I'd have lost if he'd taken it, before our play-off game with Wigan - that was that I stay of the Hull board permanently, in return for you staying off here. But truth be told, the long big punch up needs two. In a manoeuvre in no way influenced by the accounts deadline, how about a month?

If you continue with this incessant flirting you are going to be in so much trouble with Mrs. Mild Rover. Believe me, I know of these women from The Middle Lands, they go for us Northern fellas as a way of moving up the food chain, but once they've got their chompers in they're like leeches. Leeches I tell you. Did you like that last little bit? It needs to be said in a Welsh accent as I'm celebrating The pmh Crews assault on Cardiff next year.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

We're like the Liz Taylor and Richard Burton of RLfans, defined by each other and our mutual addictions (albeit to statistics and one-up-manship rather than alcohol and making cr@ppy films for boatloads of cash) - notice the neatly interwoven Welsh thread theme also.
Much-maligned as I am on here, I think you'd secretly like a red and white version of Mrs B (gosh - talking about myself in the 3rd person - the spirit of Paul Cooke lives on) to plague the Hull FC board.

Hmm, I feel an alias coming on. Good third personage, not as good as any boxer but still good.
Taylor was very good in Brooks' "Cat On A Hot Tin Roof", perhaps Mild Rover could be your Brick.

Now, if my bet isn't being taken, back on topic.
PS. Mrs Mild Rover is from Ashton under Lyne (near Oldham). I might make her an account, although she knows nothing about RL. She'd fit right in - ba dum tish.
PPS. Am I Burton or Taylor?
Never mind... Rovers vs Wigan.

Cleopatra was dull though. Like a good "sandals" epic, like Ben Hur or Spartacus, but it was as interesting and insightful as a 4 hour loop of Justin's pre match media talkathons but with 5,000 extras. Morgan would make a good Roman - could talk at the forum for hours, nice outfit with a plumed helmet, and he likes horses too, so that's the chariot racing sorted.

Will we see a massive Wigan backlash? Surely they can't play as bad as last night 2 weeks in a row. They've lost another 4 times this season and have responded by:
W 48-24, W 28-10, W 36-12 and W 46-0. So yer... Good luck fellas.
