here we go again with Dally stuffing a thread up. FFS Dally its not the playground, use pm's ifyou want to get into childish name calling. The threads about Quade Cooper not if Barry likes RU or not!
Suggestion was he would switch if Parra could get the NRL to pay $200k a year to him and they pay him $600k! Not very likely even if it would put a massive dent in the ARU.
WEST COAST PIRATES NRL expansion? Sometime soon, maybe......
Would the nrl get the extra 200k from third party or fund it themselves?

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

well since there are so many union trolls on this forum its hard to get caught up in their nonsense
imagine posting 3000 posts on a RL forum and not even being a RL fan.
its as bad as being a west coast eagles fan and talking down the nrl at every opportunity
we should leave nrl discussion to those that contribute to it

Dally is still sore about being found out not to be Australian, not knowing anything about Aussie RL apart from what he copies and pastes from the SMH sports section and failing to have heard of the Blue Mountains... despite them being one of the most prominent features of the area he claims to live in.

Anyway... back on topic.
As a fan of all Aussie sports teams (Dally please note) I would like to see Quade Cooper remain a Union player until at least after the World cup next year. The Wallabies have little or no chance of progressing beyond the semis... but Cooper is a class act and I'd certainly like him to stay.
League has enough talent at grass roots levels without resorting to paying big bucks for a Union convert.. no matter how good he is.

Barry there's no denying there is enough talent in the grass roots but the point I am trying to make is that if Parra do sign Quade it would hurt the ARU and the game big time and surely RL has to fight back at union and AFL to try and stop our best players from going to their game.
But in saying that RL itself has to stop the talent leaving our game and give the players the wages that they deserve at least on par with their AFL and union counterparts.

To be fair to Dally...he knows how to cut and paste very well....together with his talent for running to the mods when people accuse him of nothing but cutting and pasting from the SMH. He has no concept of a "sports fan"....he is a pseudo facist that believes it is impossible to watch other codes as it will weaken the blood line of League...... Cooper is class...and he will be both a big hit in League as well as a big loss to Union if he moves.....but I can assure you, if he does go, the ARU won't bat an eyelid....as bazza has already said, it is only on these boards (and this one in particular) that the code war still rages
