I can see Harbinger showing the Derby form up and getting the better of Workforce next Saturday. If I'm wrong I will happily hold my hand up and eat humble pie.

I like Count Bertoni in the finale at Haydock if you get to see this before you go - big price for a horse who's been running much better than the form figures suggest recently and has a decent jockey booked too.
im on the breadline atm, just back off holiday and despite living at me mams do by own bills and food etc etc, and with it being a day sesh for my mates bday decided against gambling.
what won - the horse id been checking since midweek, temple meads. that race is usually a horror but felt like lumping my housekeepings on. sorry guys.
hannon didnt look to have a great hand this year. his only went off fave cos ryan moore on board and hannon being a top 2yo trainer

I'm starting to think putting my selections up on here is a jinx.
The last three main horses I've backed and were gonna write up on here were Wigmore Hall last week (5/1)...Orpsie Boy at Ponte on Friday night (7/2) and Temple Meads yesterday backed at (6's).
Maybe aftertiming at it's best, but that's how it's been.
As well as having a nice bet on Temple Meads yesterday I did have 5 Lucky 15's throughout the day for interest and only had one winner out of 20 selections though!
Any news on Kings Counsel at Redcar Brearley? Looks to have a chance and is favourite....

One bet today over in Ireland at Tipperary. The first graded hurdle race of the season over there is run and I fancy one at a big enough price:
16:00 Tipperary (Grimes Hurdle) Kotkidy - Ex-French trained 4yo hurdler for Henry De Bromhead. He fell on his Irish debut having built up a healthy advantage before being headed and falling heavily at the penultimate hurdle, he has a similar profile to other ex-French now Irish trained hurdlers in Arvika Ligeonniere, Son Amix and Sweet My Lord - who also flopped on their Irish debuts having built up healthy leads/raced prominently before making amends on their next starts. Kotkidy's next start came at Killarney in May over fences when he proved to be 3 lengths too good for the useful hurdler Flag of Honour (Graded placed) when scoring very easily (IMO). He'll appreciate the better ground today and during his racing career in France (4 starts over hurdles, 1 win, 2 2nds and a 3rd) he beat a number of decent horses - most notably President Jose (G3 placed and beaten just over 5 lengths in a Grade 1), Soleil De Sivola (G3 winner over fences), Saint Macaire (G2 winner over fences) and St Nicholas D'Acy (G1 placed over hurdles). I think he'll go very well at a big price.
Advice: Kotkidy 2pts Win, 1pt Place @ 16/1 (Bet365)
