I thought the young lad had a great game; his enthusiam was fantastic. I must addmit when I looked at their back line and our's. I feared the worst; we had two out five playing in their normal role. Latus had another great game and I think Cockayne deserves a special mention as he seems to be channeling his enthusiasm correctly now. A great display from the lads against a Leeds team that had injuries but still had a lot a very good players on that pitch.

The lad had an excellent SL debut but Rovers won't sign him for 2 reasons:-

1) Wigan won't release him and will extend his contract when it expires.

2) We have Webster, Welham & Ratu already contracted for next season not to mention Cockayne who had a fantastic game himself at centre last night.

Charnley looks like he's got all of the attributes to be a future star in the game. Enjoyed watching him leave Senior on his backside.

Thought josh settled in fantastic for saying he only trained for an hour with the rest of the team. would ave loved to see what his pace full on was like, awesome tackler and not scared to tackle the big guns, think he will only get better, he will totally out do Yeaman, bring it on.........

Lets not put too much pressure on the lad, he was an unknown quantity last night, you might hate Yeaman, but he is no mug and will have been watching the game and doing his homework. If he performs again like last night, great, but remember he is only a kid with ONE first team game under his belt.
