Great game, thoroughly enjoyed it and probably the correct result although it was a little galling at the end.
Not entirely sure what to make of the last three minutes, there was as much action in those as the whole of Switzerland versus Honduras!
Fabulous effort from the team this evening and big applause to Latus who didn't put a foot wrong.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

No you aren't you could in the NRL a few years ago, but it has NEVER been a rule in Super League, any contact with a player in the air is an illegal tackle, and rightly so.

Not many of there tonight, but a thoroughly entertaining game. Before kick off i would of been happy not to lose by 30, so a point tonight was a bonus for me. I was a bit worried about Latus, i thought they would cream us down that wing but the kid did'nt put a foot wrong and looked very confident under the high ball. I'll now have to watch the game again to see if we gained or lost a point..... Well done to both teams for a very exciting game of the best sport in the world.

Depends what way you look at it. The fact we were winning we could have "lost the point". But, I think that both their no tries should have been tries, so I see it as a point gained. I just hope we can press on against Wakefield next week. All of our players were so gutted after the game, you could tell. I just hope this doesn't spell what normally happens after we lose (in this case draw) a close game - we lose 6 on the bounce.
Think most Rovers fans would have settled for a point prior to the game and not many would have over confident when Briscoe failed a late fitness test against our bogey side. Good to see another youngster make a good showing, especially as the Giants targeted him. Looks like momentum, and performance, are growing at the right end of the season.
Was this Rovers youngest ever backline to play in Super League ?
Standing up to the forum bully.
