i'm sure Briscoe was on the wing that day, with motu tony at full back, may be wrong?

HOW on earth do you get NILLED at Wembley ?
When your coach isn't a winner at heart and Gentle is not a winner at heart .
We were a pub team
I coached for a long time and we won 95% of games because winning is a mental state driven by a desire to CRUSH an opposition. Did FC look as though they wanted to Crush Wigan and strangle them until they screamed ? NO
RL is a tough tough game and Maylord She-dong you have no clue
In fact don't ever ever reply to any of my posts again

Yeah he was and was positionally quite poor. That said, Rhys was like a Pamplonian bull that day and would have taken some stopping by anyone.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Think Craig Hall could be a fantastic player and may still turn out to be, but he does always seem to be just out of reach of his potential.

Defence is a major problem for Hall, especially he stupid efforts of coming out of the line early. But when he breaks he is a damn good try scorer.

Don't mind he is stays or goes at the moment to be honest, perhaps a change of scenery will do him good.

He has played at 6 twice for us. Once at Headingly, when he had a very good first half, and once at Wakey when he had a decent game. I actually think he would make a good stand-off as he has the pace and step and can certainly pass a ball with speed and accuracy. Not sure what his kicking game would be like though.

As previously mention by others he has bags of potential but he just hasn't kicked on IMO. I'd love him to turn into a top class centre, whatever club he ends up at, as its a position we are really weak in for England.

i do feel that this would bea bad move for craig hall, his father was well liked and an excellent player for hkr, and this will put a lot of pressure straight onto craigs shoulders for one, trying to live with is father`s reputation.
this is not an easy thing to do at all. so for this reason alone , i believe it would be a bad move for him.

Hall is what you would call a 'White Elephant'.
Looking at him from all angles you know he could be good, should be good and then theres a big but....
Get rid of the but and you have a good player.

Legs'll fall off though won't they and then he won't be able to run, so he'll be rubbish won't he. Yes he will.

Wether Hall signs or not its funny to see how good or bad he is by reading the thread on the hull board. When it was thought he was staying many Hull fans thought it was good news, when the HDM stated he was moving to Rovers he was mainly slated by these same fans and now GL states he is not moving across the city he status is on the rise again.

Fickle fans. :D

Standing up to the forum bully.

It must be working, he doesn't like me...i'm devastated

Ah yes, that's true enough although it is a good example of what I call Bill's Law, which is simply stated thus:

The ability of a Rugby League player is inversely proportional to the square of the likelyhood of him signing for another club.

It explains the "fickle" nature of RL fans assesments of players ability quite well I think.

What is your definition of "status on the rise"? Most on RLFans respect his threat with ball in hand and body swerve, but despair of his defensive positioning and lack of "grunt" in making a tackle. The percentage of those who would be gutted at him leaving at the end of the season is pretty small.
