Finally some World Cup winnings!

Had a tenner on Mexico and Uruguay to advance from that group at 7/1, I'm ahead now so I'm quitting!

Not tempted for a crafty couple of quid on Mexico to beat Argentina?

Should be great odds, and you never know with that Argie defence. Mexico could be your lucky charm.

No, I've learnt my lesson there.

In 2006 I was in Leipzig when they played each other in the 2nd round there, after spending the whole day getting hammered with Mexico fans I decided to bet €100 that they would knock Argentina out, so I'm not going there again!

Mark Bright employing the logic of a 3 year old - Yakubu's miss has cost them apparently.

Why don't people realise the game wouldn't have then panned out exactly the same as it did - the penalty was only a minute or two after the miss, it wouldn't have happened if Yakubu had scored earlier.
