We are in England's World Cup campaign. Winning the Serie A and Champions League are great, but they are worthless for England.
So you agree that - based on Capello's astonishing record of success (greater than Mourinho's and Ancelotti's PUT TOGETHER) - Terry was wrong to override him in public. Super.

No surprise really as Xavi, Iniesta and Torres have all suffered with injuries at the back end of the season. At times they seem to want to score the perfect goal when a more direct approach would work better.
After two games, Argentina and Brazil have looked like the teams to beat so far.

Been in the game an awful lot longer than Mourinho though. Plenty of time left yet.

Given Capello's astonishing record of success I think everyone has a right to voice concern over the astonishing record of failure so far at this World Cup.
I think its right that the England players express their views if they are unhappy, but to Capello, not the media. Ok, if they dont like being told the team only 2 hours before the match, dont like his regimental regime, dont like his training routines, then they should tell him.
What really gets my goat is when they either publicly or privately try to influence his team selection. If a player says "I/we think we should play Cole, play 4-5-1, play Gerrard behind Rooney" they are also saying "Drop Heskey, dont start with Crouch or Defoe". Players shouldnt do that. Even if they are right, its disruptive. None of them will be saying "Drop me", they shouldnt effectively say that about another member of the squad.
We may well switch to 4-5-1, but injuries and suspensions may mean that we will need Crouch, Defoe or Heskey later in the tournament, if we get that far. One of them may end up stepping up to take a penalty. With that tiny thought at the back of their mind that their teamates dont rate them.
