Regarding the second Brazilian goal which should have been disallowed....what the hell was the conversation between the scorer and the ref?
I would be dragging him in to ask him....because it looked bad.
How did the conversation arise?
The ref said....'You didn't handle that did you?.....answer 'of course not don't be silly ref'.
Or the player said 'did you see how well I chested that down ref?....pure skill'. Answer...'pure skill....I admired it'.
Also...refs have got to penalise divers.....players like Elano who are genuinely injured, lie still....those that roll around are trying to get players booked and sent off...irrespective of the foul.
Cheating, diving penalties (are you listening Italy) could also be sorted out.
If modern technology is ever to come to the rescue of football and stop injustice, reigning FIFA officials need to fook off pronto and let some progressive types take over.
