Got Crewe Alexandra to the Premiership in 4 seasons! Got a lethal striking duo of a Mexican and a Welsh-born Englishman, both of them are newgens, both of them bang them in for fun.
Farense are too low down to play, so taking the team they groundshare with at the half-decent Estadio Algarve, Louletano in the 2nd division B south.
No money for transfers at all at the start. Not much way of improving the squad, as at the start the wages are already over the boards budget, and after trying to sell a lot of players with no luck I had to put up with what I had. So by the time you have got one or two (literally) players in, the board will only let you offer £85 pw to anyone else you approach so need to somehow try and sell some of the transfer-listed crap in the reserves.
Free transfers and obscure Brazillian's are the best you can aim for really, tried to get dozens of players on loan with no joy except for a young goalkeeper from Nacional who are a parent club to us.
The wide players are garbage and the squad contains a lot of old players, yet these are the only players that are any good.
The level is extremely weak. I signed a 38 year old Brazillian striker on a free, as the squad only has one striker. The old guy is warming the bench with a younger Brazillian called Fabio who is about 28 on a free as well, he has good stats for this level and has scored 7 goals in the first 8 games. Along with the young keeper, the only other player I got was an obscure Portuguese utility defender to start at left back and also be able to cover the right side and centre back if needed, his stats are OK for this level but would need replacing if we got promoted and had a serious ambition of getting into the Liga Sagres.
I'd rather stick with the players I had instead of getting anybody else in with similar stats, can't afford to spend money for the sake of it. Using the same 442 tactic I've always used, but just reduced the defensive line to not pushing up, as my 2nd best centre half is in his late 30s and pace is about 4.
Top of the league, won first four, then drew one, and now lost one - we scored a perfectly good goal to draw level only for it to be ruled out for offside, offside my booty, watched it dozens of times.
Suffered a couple of injuries which may explain the dropped points, as the squad lacks quality and if one of the mediocre first teamers gets injured the squad hasn't got any decent back up at all, certainly no rotation possibilities.
It is certainly a challenge!
Top of the league doesn't guarantee promotion either, got to go through a play off with the winners of the other regional groups!

Well, I'm thinking LLM is more fun than taking charge of one of the premiership bigboys now.
1st season with Northwich Vics. No money for transfers, virtually no money for wages and a 10 pt deduction and i got promotion to the conference via the play-offs.
Was approached by Tranmere to take them over. No points deduction this time but it's virtually the same deal as with the vics.
Have scraped a team together with a few freebies and loans. However, it may take us a little while to gel as opening day of the season saw us get beaten 4-2

Sitting 3rd behind Middlesborough and Newcastle in the Championship. Don't think I'll make up the 7 points to catch Boro up but Newcastle are only 2 points ahead. Was thinking it was a lost cause as the front two kept on winning, but Newcastle have just drawn while I spanked Boro 5-0 away! This is one of the better careers I've had taking in three clubs (Wellington, Rushden & Diamonds and now Swansea) and experiencing promotion and relegation. If I do go up this year hopefully the board will give me some spending money as the two seasons ago when I was promoted to the Premier League they gave me €3.5 million. What was I supposed to do with that? Have sold a couple of youngsters so currently have around €20 million in the bank, but there's no point spending it now as it's almost impossible to attract top quality players when you're outside the Premier League.

I won the cup in the first season with Airdrie and finished 3rd when they expected to get relegated then a new owner took over and nearly sacked me and my status was unstable for about two months even though I am still leading the division by 12 points! He actually put 2 mill in the club but reduced my transfer budget!!!!
Signed Cory Evans from United on loan and then cause we were then his favoured club he came on a free transfer for only £1000 a week at the end of the season. Bargin. Trouble is I have 5 loan players in my squad and when I get promoted I will lose them all as I have to pay then and I will lose Rangers as my parent club. Lets see how it goes.
I'm now in the year 2016. I did take the Brazil job, however, the England job became available a year later, so i quit Brazil in hope that England offered me the job, which they did so i'm now Southampton and England managers.
I'm right at the start of the 2016/2017 season, and i am defending champion, having won the league 2 years running. For the first time through-out the game, i didn't make many signings as i didn't feel i needed to (the transfer window has just shut), and i have a full squad of players with only 2 players 30+ (not including goal keepers). I'm also joint favourite, along with Real Madrid, to win the champions League, but although i've won the tournament once, every other year i've struggled so i'm looking to do well in that this season, as well as the domestic trophys.
My honours at Southampton are:
Champions League: 2015 Premier League: 2014, 2015, 2016 FA Cup: 2015, 2016 Super Cup: 2015 Club World Championship: 2015 League Cup: 2014 Championship Runners Up (Promotion): 2011 League 1 Winners: 2010 Community Shield: 2014, 2015, 2016 Johnstone's Paint Trophy: 2010
I'm the dominant force over the last few seasons and people may think its become easy but every time i've won the league, its been very close and i've only won by a couple of points (apart from once, i won Fairly easy). I am always looking to sign youngsters that have really good potential as well as bringing through my own, as we now have very, very good youth facilities so attract some talented youngsters, which is now building us into a very big force. Every other game i've played, i've never been interested in youngsters, and have always enjoyed joining teams that have tonnes of money, but at Southampton i've had to build it up that stage and its paying of now, really enjoying the game.
Got 5 players in on my Louletano game on Jan first, went from a run of D-D-L-L-L-L (injuries and players lost form - nightmare) to W-W-W-W-W-W, got 2 new wingers, a left back and two back up strikers, one being a small fast guy and the other a target man. Fabio, the 29 y-o Brazillian striker I got on a free at the start of the year is far too good for this league, 18 goals in 19 games. The old guy Valdney is useless though, even as back up despite having good finishing etc, thats why I decided to get two back up strikers in Jan.
Due to that poor run, we're 4th now and 7 pts behind top Real Massama, who look like they should easy win it as they've got feeder links to Sporting and Porto and have added even more quality to their squad in January. Happy enough with my squad though, when the injured players are back shortly we'll have a good enough first eleven and a couple of decent subs as well.
Still, we've looked a different team these past half dozen games so the target is to go undefeated and try to pip them.

Caught Newcastle on the last day of ther season after I won away and they could only draw at home. I have no idea where they pulled it from but I was rewarded with €20 million to spend in the Premier League. Managed to keep hold of my better players and added to my spending money by offloading the Championship standard players. I used the money to bring in a central midfielder, a top striker, get better coaches and to ask the board to increase the stadium capacity. I've just finished my first season back in the top flight and finished a fantastic 9th, well above the board's expectations. The increased capacity and near always full houses has seen me make a healthy profit every month and my transfer kitty for the coming season is €42 million. My goalkeeper has saved me a lot of money after finding him at Kilmarnock for a bargain €200,000 6 years ago. He's 32 now, valued at €6 million and is still only on €7,000 a week.

Being the World Cup and being generally naff on the game I thought i'd start with Brazil to give myself a chance.
I won the World Cup and Copa America and i'm currently in the Confederations Cup in 2013 and through the quarters. We're hosting the 2014 World Cup so it's been a bit dead with no qualifying games to play. I've had plenty of offers, Spurs have come in twice, Villa twice and City once but I'm going to just play with Brazil until the next World Cup, hopefully win back to back World Cups and then go into club management and see if I can win some honours with a decent side in the Premier League.
Out of all the games that i've played i've only lost 2. Lost a friendly against Germany 4-2 and have lost in the Confederations Cup group stage 1-0 to Czech Republic. Hulk is brilliant and has a record of something like 11 international games under me and 14 goals.
