I have had an exchange of e-mails with Carl Hall on the subject of the Lottery. We both hopefully now understand each others position and I have stated that I will make no further comment on the Forum.
this might have been posted on a different thread but why the sudden change? what was wrong with the last lottery? surely with the amounts that used to be awarded to winners under previous operater it must have been popular and generated a fair amount of income so why mend somthing that isnt broke?
