The LA is a Labour despising Lib/Dem run council, whose leader is a mega Labour hating little fat weasel who would live to shove one up Prescott. Don't forget, they now have back up in Parliament as well.
Don't hold your breath, this is the council who knocked back FREE money to allow kids and over 60's to swim for free, when even Conservatives in other areas praised the scheme and took the money.
I think you can safely say i was going to Rovers games years before the 6/7 thousand jumped on the KC bandwagon.
