Noticed the following article in today's Mail, just wondering what peoples' views are on the supposed Rovers & Hull East/West divide? IMO it's not really there anymore (certainly compared to what it was probably before the 90's), although I don't doubt there are still small areas where you maybe wouldn't feel too comfortable in opposition colours.
Another thing which kinda bugs/confuse me, is how do you define East, West, Central or North in the city, i.e. has there ever been official categorisations? (sp). For example some parts of Spring Bank and Beverley Road are a stone's throw from town so I would class these as Central Hull, but others would say West.

Have you ever noticed the smaller of the two chocolate rivers?
That divides East and West.
Honestly Roofs, I despair.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Didn't think you were old enough to be Roofs Dad...

Nothing mate, just pulling your leg.
Apologies if I caused offence.

Anyone?
Central Hull is really just town centre, and I would pretty much agree with the constituency map for the others.
