thought we were great today and the score flatters Tolouse TBH,The referee wasnt very good,tolouse constant holding down in the tackle which went completely unpunished,It was a complete TEAM performance today,They all played well,Mark did well today and kept the structure of the team of previous weeks but also freshened it up without really disturbing the pattern of the team,Matty Brooks has been superb coming off the bench in the last two games,Our forwards matched Tolouses big set and even though we played Wednesday we looked the fitter team,The only downside is the injuries to Thackeray and Szostak which seem like season enders,that brings the tally to four,Hopfully some of the young local lads in the reserves can step upto the plate if needed.Well done Eagles!!!!

I thought the referee was alright. Good game played today, mistakes were less than Wednesday and some of the attack was excellent. Thought Toulouse were much improved to what they were last year. Lots of positives to build on here, onwards to Dewsbury!

I didn't think the Ref was that bad either, altho they did lay on for an eternity he was consistent at not giving a penalty for it! Loved the penalty Menzie got for us, now I'm closer to the pitch I can see better. He clearly held the French guy on him and I thought Freddie'd gain a few pounds. He wudda fit right in with the belly dancer at the beginning. He didn't do much, Christ he cudda owned the suit and put his own unique spin on it.

Another great performance from the whole team with the emphasis being on team.

From what I saw he landed the hit just as the ball left their players' hands and it was perfectly legal. Maybe I was looking through rose tinted spectacles. That or a foot long beak.
