Barham Red - You really have made yourself look rather foolish. My post is even more apt now. My point was that Rovers were in a false position due to playing sides at very advantageous times. This included the quins who at the time were decimated. Roll forward a month or so, they are now back to full strength and had a fantastic win at wigan before playing us. So lets see, who out of just our 2 clubs got to play Quins at the better time?
The original post was about how you have gone to a new level since being beaten by Hull FC. Not the low level most of your fans are now more than willing to admit but a supposedly higher level. I argued against this, not in any anti-Rovers, pro Hull Fc manner, just facts as I saw them at the time. Results since would more than suggest that i was totally vindicated to do so.
I'm glad you and others similar chortled at the the time, 'the best laugh ever', was quoted if i recall.

I was totally correct. Live with it.
On the contrary, what I was pointing out was that upon stating that Quins were the worst team in SL by some way you set yourself up for a mighty fall, I understand that with a pro or anti slant you will always look on any win we have as the other team being light on numbers or just playing rubbish. Yet I doubt you looked at the still understrength Leeds team you played and lost. All teams at this stage of the year are running light on numbers. We were without 4 first team players on Sunday (not that it would have made any difference) yet we don't get to bleat about injuries. Any way FC are playing the worst team in the comp (except us) in two weeks time, or are they due a resurgance anytime soon.

Hudds, best player in Hodgson missing. Harlequins, never seen such a heartless display by them(bit like us in recent weeks lol) Cas, Sherwin missing. Bradford, best player in Orford missing. Wakefield, players missing all over the park. Harlequins, god knows how many players playing out of position and first choice FB missing.
You guys aint done bad yourselves due to playing teams at very advantageous times.
I don't see it as a job. It is a passion and love that we all share. Neil Hudgell

You forgot about playing Saints who lost Soliola and Gardner after 15 mins and Graham after 55 and Leeds without Eastwood and Donald. Still why look at both sides in the same light.
