Rovers are more than interested in Owen however his leg injury and subsequent complications obviously have to be assessed.

Only 19 years old and a future England full back if he makes a full recovery...There is more than a good chance Briscoe will not extend past his current deal and perhaps return nearer to home.

Owen would be a good signing, but can't see us having both him and Briscoe on the books. Wouldn't mind going for Clubb if Webster leaves (although I'm guessing he'll stay at Quins), and even Danny Orr for a year or two before we hopefully develop young Bell in the halves. Always rated Houghton, but hull will tie him down I'm sure and again I doubt we'd move for him whilst Fisher is still here.
