If Liverpool get 4th the 'big 4 domination' continues...this is the best year for that to end since 2005.
If City get 4th then they'll get the cheque book out and bridge the gap even further. At least if Villa or Spurs get it the gap won't be as big. Simples really.

It would be better for the Premier League, better for English football, if the top 4 wasn't a closed shop and more sides could reach the top. It will be good for the game should Liverpool fail to qualify for the CL.
But to say the PL needs Spurs or Villa to get 4th is just ridiculous.
