As already indicated it was a woeful game. Did we actually complete any sets of 6? Did we kick for good field position? Did we maintain any kind of pressure? It was a severly inept display against a team we had a great chance of beating. I'm sure we'll hear that the travelling from the previous weekend took it out of them. Which will be a sorry excuse.
On a side note I wasn't really paying attention but did most of the team walk off without coming over to clap the fans? I've noticed over the past few weeks that Holdsworth inparticular very rarely comes to give us applause. I wonder if the early season booing has soured his views on us?

how the hell can you clap a team off the pitch when they put in a performance like that crap yesterday they wanted booting up the back sides off the pitch.......no commetment ....no passion......no game plan..... do i go on, We went in at half time 10-6 down what the hell does Mr Motivater say to them,,,,,carry on playing clueless rugby lads I am not changing anything just complete you sets....What a load of bull, Sorry but that was the worse game of professional rugby i have ever seen in over the 28 years..... it was that bad I will not be going to another away game until I see more commitment from the team and manager, why should I waste my good earned money and time on a team who does not care how they play and a clueless manager who is full of S--t...... And people saying that it was two poor team yesterday one of the teams scored 30 points so which team is poor then.

As a cas fan who many of you know I attend the Willows quite a lot, I think your being harsh on Salfords effort.
Yes, it was a very poor game indeed and both sides are well of the pace for Super League.
BUT, Cas completed 96% in the second half and forced about 5 drop outs. Now, we didnt pass the ball and thats why we didnt drop it, but it meant we had the lions share of possession and theres little Salford could do about it.
That was Cas stiffling Salford, not a lack of effort from you guys. I thought they really dug in and Ray Cashmere and Ryan Boyle were the best props on the field.
Stick with your lads, we know how you feel too, but your team needs you guys just like ours needs us right now. And Ill help cheer you on at The Willows as much as I can!
Be loyal be loud, be Cas, be proud - wherever in the world you are!

my gripe is when i read this bullshit in paers bout were all together and training really well then produce that garbage!id rather they put up or shut up!i think most fans are now past the point of going to away matches and watching sides that are in and around us in the league turning us over!its so frustrating when you see how well we can perform, hull, huddersfield, even wigan in defeat, anyway, rant over!

Could not go due to being stuck abroad due to the volcano. I had planned to be there, but now after reading the comments I am glad I was elsewhere. People are starting to realise now that Alker and McRae are not the way forward and never will be. I would guess two more wins this year tops and that is if we are lucky. Change needed please Mr Chairman

Back to back 30's against two of the leagues worst performing sides, Catalan who have been getting hammered against all and sundry and Cas losing 5 from 6 home games including being dumped from the cup by an NL1 side says all you need to know about our shower and no wonder oddschecker have us as odds on for the wooden one.
Maybe the club could let us know which games they can be bothered competing in ?
The fans, the members, the people there.. from the day I stepped foot onto that field at the AJ Bell Stadium,I knew I would love that club for the rest of my life. "Jackson Hastings"..
