Best of luck Emma!

"I didn't see Risman, Todd or Watkins in red vests.
I saw a bit of Steve Gibson and Blakely at his best.
Now I'm watching Alker lead us on against the rest,
As the Reds go marching on ...... "

Don't get me wrong, all your support on here is great. Just don't be pessimistic peeps. :) Emma doesn't need luck. If the way she has trained is anything to go by, she's gonna smash this marathon to pieces! :D We're being represented by true Salford class here peeps...

Emma mate, I've told you this before and I'll tell you again. Don't be all surprised if you beat 4 hours matey... BELIEVE.

Go get 'em champ!

Spoke to K.O.T.S. this a.m. "LADY IN RED" was nervous but cool this morning, very humid air in the capital, but told her to remember we are all shouting her on.

COMON "EMBO" YOU CAN DO IT, "HELP THE HEROES"

3 Emma Johnsons ran and finished with times 4hr 15, 4.36 and 5hr 26 mins

Whatever time Em did, she deserves all the praise andsponsorship money
