Righty, due to a combination of internet problems and modesty, neither KOTS or Lady in Red have come on here to promote Emma's London Marathon appearance on Sunday in aid of Help for Heroes. Emma's worked tremendously hard over the past 6 or so months preparing for this and massive respect to her for what will be a great achievement. So anyhow - get sponsoring!

What a bl00dy star you are Em. A real inspiration. Over the past few months you've been completely dedicated to a quite amazing goal and I've no doubt that you'll smash this marathon to pieces. Good on ya Emma. You get MASSIVE respect from me mate!!!
