He seems to be another marketeer who's come and gone without making any visible changes. The commercial outlets of the club still seem to be as haphazard as ever and we still seem to be missing any real impetus in way of publicising the club.

Mybe its not the marketing directors fault and fiances are hindering this drive but would have though there were easy improvements to be made.
