im not sticking up for him if he did shush you, but what he might of been doing (which is does a lot recently) is dedicating it to his mum who has passed away recently.

just like to echo 'wearethewire's' comments he might not of been doing the 'shushh gesture' his mother unfortunatley passed away at xmas and every try he scores now he kisses his finger and looks up to the sky.
