Your forwards were definitely better, especially in the second half. We had most of the territory in the first half, against the slope and with 12 men at one point, just poor execution cost us a lot of points and we conceded a couple of soft tries - great finish for the second try but defence was poor there (me ). No complaints about the second half though, just not good enough all over the park.

We're not too down about it, we've always had to beat Irlam but we have to win every game now (home to Bamber Bridge and Irlam, away at Leigh) to win the league.

How will we separate the teams should they finish on joint points then? Head to head record?

Head to head record is used to decide title/promotion/relegation issuses.

if you have a free weekend nsl it must mean you have a midweek game against leigh central next week as all fixtures have to be completed by may 1st

We've got Bamber Bridge at home next Tuesday (20th) then I'm assuming it's Irlam (H) on the 24th followed by Leigh Central (A) the following Saturday.
