United fell into the same trap in the 2nd half as the did in Munich. 10 men or not, they should've beat Bayern. Plus points were Rafael pre sending off - he was excellent, Nani, absolutley outstanding and Valencia.
Hopefully Chelsea win the league, so there can be no excuses for the inevetiable small spending summer that we face. But don't worry Fergie will tell us that the market is distorted.

Surely you are not questioning sir Alex's methods, knowledge of the game and/or his own squad??

Not his knowledge of the game, that would be foolish. I thought first half, he got it spot on.
However, the talk of the £80m there to spend if he wants it, is total b*ll*cks, and that has been clear from the second that Ronaldo was sold. I'd have told you that at any point this season.
