personally I'd only do so if he agrees to cut his pay (which we presume is high as he was an international at the time) the club shouldn't be breaking the bank to keep a player who's forms been lacking for a long while (in part due to the half back situation)
I would re-sign, yes the kid has his faults but tbf I think he is starting to get a bit of form back as every-one else I think he tends to back himself more times than he should, but if you cut him in two he would be black & white, his best years are to come as he ages imo..
Mind you I am biased I am a Yeamo fan
