Gordon Bennett, does nearly every rugby commentator have to go through the mill? Stevo, Hemmings,Ray French. They are there to do a job,and they are doing it. If you dont like it,turn down the sound.

Then we could put on Humberside and listen to gollum........ Dont really have a problem with Eddie, though I think Stevo has past his sell-by date, just thought he made rather a big deal out it today, sorry

So how is Hemmings crap? He seems to fair in his commentries.Stevo gets carried away sometimes, but he seems to add to the proceedings.I just think it is a bit unfair the way these two get slated. They are after all part of keeping R.L. on the box.

You obviously expect different things from your commentary teams to me - and most others. The vast, vast majority of supporters I speak to watch the Sky coverage in spite of those two clowns, not because of them.
Don't you think the commentary on the Hull game was far superior?

It was different ,yes I will agree.
As for the other two,we are all entitled to an opinion,I may be in the minority, but I find they do the job adequatly .
We will agree to differ.

The way they 'bigged up' the Saints V Wigan game was sickly. Even after last nights match at Leeds, Eddie said, "tomorrow, hkr V Hull FC, then the BIG ONE, Saints V Wigan. It's as if there is no other game worthy of watching but theirs. I agree with some of the other posters, having Mac & O'Conner were much better.

Had a little giggle to myself when, I think it was Eddie said " the Hull fans will have enjoyed what they've seen today, mind you, they're miles from the pitch in that stand".
