Regardless of the inconsistences Rovers are going through, Morgan has at least shown in his tenure at Hull Kr he knows how to create game plans to beat the opposition, Richard Agar hasn't managed one yet, yet the Board has seen fit to give him a 2 Yr extension , so that will be almost 4 years wasted on a reject from Lord of the Rings.
