What has he done to warrant a 2 year deal, if you consider his record for the past 2 years then it is a big no no..
He now has his own team but we have only played 8 games...
This is what makes it so unbelievable for me. He's achieved less than either Kear or Sharp and yet instead of the bullet he gets a 2 year extension.
I still can't fathom it. Why now? We have what could be a season-defining week ahead and it would have made far more sense to wait and make the decision then.
Hold on to me baby, his bony hands will do you no harm It said in the cards, we lost our souls to the Nameless One

Our only hope is that its someone's idea of an April fool, other than that, we're in the brown and sticky stuff.
And to think, what we wanted for Easter was an egg, but it's turned out to be rotten!
There is no way it was ever going to be a wind up from the club, that would be saying 'we know he's sh111t so we've extended his contract' then 'only kidding as if we'd sign this muppet'. I'm sure Agar would be delighted in that.
In all honesty I know he's carrying baggage from the last 2 disappointing years, but the team has improved from then, partly down to having a full squad to chose from, partly from good recruitment, which he oversaw. You will finish top 8 this year, of that I have no doubt, maybe get as high as 5th with if luck goes your way. The expectations of finishing top 4 are pretty unrealistic, you are chasing teams that have a settled squad with minor but very good recruitment along with every other team that has also improved.
Any coach needs time to build and a steady foundation to allow the team to develop and build steadily year on year. I think you'll win tomorrow (hope I'm wrong), lose on Monday and lose by a whisker at Leeds. Follow that u with a win in the CC. Will that be a disaster? If so its against unrealistic expectations and Agar might as well go because that means unless he wins something he's doomed. Maybe if he spoke with an aussie accent he'd be given a bit more time.
Give him time and I think he'll bring some level of success to your place just maybe not in the timescales some of you want. Either that or sack him and become the Newcastle United of RL.

I think there may be in something regarding the argument about the franchise system. Someone mentioned that without the threat of relegation and with Hull almost certain to get a franchise for 2012-2014 the club have no real pressure to deliver on league positions.

The decisions been made so the disgruntled have their entitlement to carry on with their moanathon, or alternatively, get behind the club they profess to support! Totally beyond my conception when you have people hoping for a couple of defeats so as to instigate a coaching change. As for the personal insults towards Rich - 'pathetic', in a word.
