Bayern impressed, especially Altintop. Van Bommel was given far too much space and controlled the game. Reminded me of last years final.

United were awful. It doesn't help when only Fletcher turns up from your midfield. We got two decent balls into the box all game, one from Fletcher when Rooney should've scored, and one from Giggs when Vidic hit the bar.

Our passing once again was f*cking awful. Neville was bent over by Ribery pretty much all game, if Olic wasn't so poor as a striker we'd have lost by even more. Can't believe Evra and Rio f*cked around for their second goal.

We should still go through at OT, can't see Rooney playing on Saturday or Wednesday, but I imagine he'll be rushed back for the run in.

Valencia needs to start at home as he's the only one capable of getting a decent cross into the box on a regular basis.

Rooney out for 2-4 weeks. Gutted

I think we we will go out to Bayern. league wise im pretty confident that Berbatov can take the lead role. The stage is all his now.

gutted for rooney he was on a good scoring run and on the top of his game

The problem is now we only have Berba to play upfront, well we have Diouf too but can't see him playing against Chelsea or Bayern. Could do with Macheda back now. Berba on his own does not work like it does with Rooney so I think we might struggle aginst Chelsea and Bayern.

The other problem is midfield, we bring in Giggs and Valencia for Nani and Park but we have no one to bring in to the centre which means Fletch, Scholes and Carrick can't get a rest. There is Gibson but I would not trust him in big games so the injuries to Anderson and Hargreaves are really hurting us now.

Hargreaves' return to the first team can't come soon enough. He'll be vital in the run in, not only for his defending abilities, but the fact that he can create attacks with great balls. I reckon he'll be on the bench next week.

Berbatov with Park just behind him - it's the future. If we have a fully fit back 5, and our midfield have a good game, we should have enough to draw or even beat Chelsea, they aren't that good at the back, so we just need Fletch to eliminate Lampard and Vidic to keep Drogba quiet. Easy, easy, easy.

Arsenal need to get some possession here. Could get embarrassing if the first 5 minutes are anything to go by
