one of my close relatives who own's a scaffolding company told me today that their QS could not meet a contractor today because they were putting togther the last bits of a contract togther regarding winning the work on the stadium and it had to be in today because the construction of the stadium is due to begin in 6 months time!!! and that is fact

what i mean is the contract to build the stadium is out to tender...so in my book thats means all is under way the funding has to be their for to be put out to tender
