The problem for Hall is that you have a surfeit of decent centres and they are mostly club-trained (does Whiting qualify?).
Hull are clearly widening their net - as 3 of those 5 are not from KuH. But why be so keen to give away the fruits of your last years of local monopoly?
Most fruits eventually go sour.
I think we only have 1 decent centre, Yeaman, even though the team has suffered over the last 2 seasons yeamans scoring record has been pretty good and his defence is always good. Other than him what have we got?
Whiting - Even sees himself as more of a 2nd rower.
Briscoe - Still to see him play there really.
Hall - A "natural" centre (whatever one of those is) but still yet to see him given an extended run in that position.
For me it's easy, Hall left centre, but while we still have Briscoe on that wing i don't see it happening.
