I never understand why some of my fellow Hull fans have to turn the crowd numbers into a p*ssing contest. Yes we are well followed home and away and do generate an atmosphere but I also remember when we struggled to get a 1000 into the Boulevard.

For the record I actually enjoy going to the willows but miss the days when we all stood in the shed could never understand how so many would go up to the back and there still be space.

Favourite trip to the Willows was John Player semi-final in the 70s when 2nd division Hull handed your superstars their proverbials, spoilt my the numbskulls on the estate outside.

I'll be their with salford supporting Son in Law we might have to stand in different stands though

As other posters have said when it all goes wrong thats the time for the true fans to get behind their club because although coaches and players change the club you support will never.

If the wife said Hull FC or her. Would you miss her?

I never rated McRae when he was with us so I can understand the frustrations. Nice guy but not a great coach in my opinion. Spose the difference is the stability of the 2 clubs under his coaching regime. Think it'll be tighter than you think against us, we're not the type of side that ever rattles up points against anyone.

Hope you improve over the course of the season and get some of your floating supporters back. Good luck with the rest of the season apart from at the willows v wakey of course!

I believe there is one post "ridiculing" attendances, hardly "them",is it mate?
For what its worth,I can`t see why there is such a hoo har over attendances.

No different finally finished making and setting up the Buffet at 5:35 and the first think I see on Telly is Lauaki scoring by walking through 6/7 of our team.
Second half was brill but family had to come first, but will be at Warrington for the traditional ruination of the Wires Easter.
