All this about the stand is getting very boring now, you don't like it, fair enough. It's a shame that it puts people off coming it really is but at the minute there isn't a great deal that can be done about it. It would be nice if it sold out and the atmosphere was loud the outsiders watching on TV could hear just what the Derby is about. To those that come I hope you enjoy it and have a great day, to those that boycott and watch in pub fair play to you, its your choice.
“It’s like an alarm clock’s gone off, and I’ve just got to get away. I think it was John Lennon who said: “Life is what happens when you’re making other plans.”, and that’s how I feel. Although he also said: “I am the Walrus I am the eggman” so I don’t know what to believe.”

I've thrown a kettle over a pub, what have you done?
I havn't read the full thread so this has probably been done a death but anyone saying the South stand isn't that bad clearly hasn't been in there before. I've been to 3 out of 4 of the derbys since you have come up and for 2 of those I was in the North, I stood in the south stand for that game when it started hailing and even without the weather it would have been my worst experience at any ground. Because the stand is so small and so far away I actually couldn't see the try line at the end closest to us beause the advertising boards were in the way, and anything past half way and you were just guessing at where abouts the players were. Odsal etc are poor grounds but at least they are raised high enough for you to see most of the pitch. If it was £10 I might have gone, but £18 is insulting and if I can't get in the North stand again then I won't bother.

Nope, all completely new and original points raised here.
Now you mention it, I think you're correct, maybe that's why people stay away?
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Similar story here, I have got tickets for the golf stand this year again but wouldn't of gone in the south. The other factor that doesn't help is the positioning of the sky screen. why is if put in front of the fans in the south stand. with the screen ther people would at least get a sense of when they are near the line and focus on that at the appropriate time.

Didn't realise he was a trolling tit from the other side of the river like those on my ignore list.
That said he's being kissing some serious black n white booty this last week. You only have to read his last 20 posts to know he's not playing cards from a full deck at the minute. I'm sure it will right itself in due course.
