I think it has to be out of Hall, Washbrook and Houghton.
I think Hall will be at rovers next season, i think he needs a new club, for whatever reasons things arent working out for him at Hull, think he would well for Rovers under Morgan, much better than Welham.
Houghton will stay at Hull, I have no doubt about it.
Washbrook is a possibility, but wont happen unless you pay for him, doubt Hull will release him to rovers without a fee, just cant see him getting a game at Hull as he is well down in the pecking order behind Fitz, Whiting and maybe Turner.
Other OCC players are Yeaman (never going to happen), Whiting (maybe but think he will stay at Hull), Dowes and Radford (doubt Rovers would sign either).
Tickle and Manu (but cant see rovers signign either).
I think you will sign Hall, unless something changes massivley for him at Hull over the next few months.
From what I hear it might also work the other way around this season also, might be a raid from the West!

It is very navie for any to make such a statment (that tehy woudl never sign for Rovers), little loyalty in RL or sport now, money talks and in most cases players will follow the money.
All three mentioned would sign for Rovers if the deal was much better than Hull's, as I have said early in this thread I acn only see Hall signing for Rovers out of all the players we have OOC.
hall will leave Hull unless we have a new coach in place. agar obviously doesn't rate him which is a shame as he has the potential to be a great centre.
I wouldn't mind too much if Hull moved Briscoe infield and signed a top class winger
I would love to see Hull playing a rovers side with hall and welham in the centres
